BRAND PLAYBOOK + STYLE GUIDE

Inga holds a PhD in IT and has spent her career bridging technology, business, and people — from software development to healthcare innovation in Switzerland. She's the person organisations call when complex systems need to work together and diverse stakeholders need to align.
But like many accomplished women inside institutions, Inga's professional identity was entangled with the organizations she worked for. Her expertise was real, but it lived inside someone else's brand. Without her own positioning, the market couldn't see what she was capable of independently.
The issue wasn't confidence. It was infrastructure. Inga had spent years building value for employers, but had never built the professional identity that would give her options. She was known inside her organization — but invisible outside it.
She didn't come to us with an exit plan. She came because she understood that career autonomy starts with owning your positioning — regardless of whether you stay, move, or build something new.
1. Strategic Foundation
We mapped Inga's professional identity, strengths, and future direction. A clear pattern emerged: she's an Integrator — someone who connects business, technology, and people. We separated what was uniquely hers from what belonged to her employer, and built a brand architecture around her independent value.
2. Messaging & Positioning
We built a complete brand playbook: vision, mission, purpose statement, values framework, positioning statement, brand manifesto, and core messaging. Her tagline — "Bridging Technology, Business, and People" — captures exactly what she does, in language that belongs to her, not an institution. For the first time, her expertise had a voice that wasn't dependent on a job title.
3. Visual Identity
We created a contemporary classic identity system in electric blue, deep sea green, and charcoal — bold, modern, and distinctly technological. The monogram connects her initials with a horizontal bridge, symbolising her role as an integrator. A custom brand pattern built from the monogram creates visual rhythm across all touchpoints.
4. Brand Playbook + Style Guide
We delivered a comprehensive brand playbook documenting her positioning, messaging, values, manifesto, and activation strategy — alongside a complete visual identity system with stationery and collateral. Everything designed so that Inga's professional presence works independently — whether she's applying for a board seat, speaking at a conference, pitching advisory work, or negotiating her next role from a position of strength.

The Outcome
A professional identity she owns — independent of any employer. Clear positioning, messaging framework, and thought leadership direction. A visual identity that communicates innovation, precision, and leadership. Brand infrastructure that gives Inga real options — to advance, to move, or to step into advisory and board work on her own terms.
